I like to entertain with wine spritzers because they are bubbly and sweet which makes them perfect for a party, but they also help to stretch my budget by mixing the wine with 7UP® or Canada Dry Gingerale®. I picked up 2L bottles of the soda at Walmart for just $1 each!!

To make these sweet little drinks, I filled my glass about 1/2 full with crushed ice and then poured in the white wine to fill about 1/2 way. I used a caramel apple white wine that is available during the holidays, but you can use your favorite wine.

Then I poured in the 7UP® to fill the glass about three quarters of the way. Now it's ready to serve and enjoy!

The ratio of wine to soda is about 2 parts wine to 1 part soda, but you can change that up to suit your tastes. Use 7UP® if you like your drinks to be extra sweet. If you prefer a little less sweet then I would suggest using Canada Dry Gingerale®. It's nice to have both on hand to satisfy everyone's tastes.

It really doesn't get any easier than that. I like to mix it up a bit and use different flavors of 7UP® or Canada Dry Gingerale® such as cranberry or pomegranate. Different flavors give your guests fun options and the variety of colors makes your party even more festive!
